📦 Unboxing Video Required for Claims – Read Before Opening!


To ensure a smooth resolution of any issues related to missing products, accessories, transit damage, or Dead on Arrival (DOA) cases, customers must record a complete, uncut unboxing video while opening the package.

Important: Unboxing Video Guidelines

To ensure a smooth resolution for any issues, please make sure your unboxing video includes the following:

1️⃣ Show the sealed package from all angles—Record the package before opening, covering all edges and corners. The original adhesive tape must be intact, with no extra layers or signs of tampering.

2️⃣ Uncut video while opening – The video must be continuous from start to finish, without any pauses or edits.

3️⃣ Product box condition – Show the product box before opening to confirm it is fully sealed and untampered.

4️⃣ Contents inside the box – Clearly display:

  • The product in proper condition
  • The wireless dongle (if applicable)
  • All included accessories (keycap puller, cable, extra switches/keycaps, grip tape/mouse feet, etc.)

5️⃣ Inspect for damages—After unboxing, check the keyboard and accessories carefully in the video to ensure everything is intact.

🔴 Claims for missing items, damages, or DOA products will not be accepted without a proper unboxing video.

Do not accept the package if the product box appears tampered with (e.g., extra layers of tape, signs of prior opening). If you notice such issues, reject the delivery immediately and report it to us. Once a tampered package is accepted, we cannot be held responsible for replacements or refunds. However, we will assist in coordinating with the logistics provider.

Order Cancellations


  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Pre-order delivery timelines may be delayed by 1–2 weeks.
  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are packed.
  • Once an order is packed or ready for dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible. 

Returns & Replacements


  • In the event that a mouse or keyboard shows a fault or manufacturing defect within 7 days from being delivered, we will arrange for a return pickup at our expense. 
  • Once we receive the item and verify the problem, a replacement will be arranged.
  • Please contact us within 7 days from the order being delivered. If we are contacted after 7 days, returns will not be entertained and the standard warranty policy will be applicable.
  • Please note that returns are not accepted without all the original accessories and box of the returned item.

Warranty


All keyboards and mice come with a 1-year standard warranty unless stated otherwise for all the parts except for the internal battery and USB cable (the internal battery and USB cable will only have a 6-month warranty).

This warranty is only applicable to issues arising due to manufacturing defects.

🔴Warranty will be voided in the following situations:

  • Keyboards or mice that have been opened or modified for any reason, including but not limited to lubrication of switches, foam modding, and application of switch films, are excluded from warranty.
  • Breakage of switches due to application of keycaps or excessive force is excluded from warranty. If a keycap doesn’t fit the switch, please don’t force it in. Otherwise you are liable to break either the keycap or the switch.
  • Variation in the feel of the keyboard switches due to tolerance variations, including but not limited to spring weight or factory lubrication, is to be expected and not covered by warranty.
  • Sounds including but not limited to “pings” and “rattles” are not covered by warranty.
  • The warranty doesn’t cover keyboards and mice that have been damaged due to misuse, user error, or negligence, whether intentional or otherwise. Including but not limited to liquid spills, breakage due to excessive force, fall damage, excess electrical power, etc.
  • Wear and tear associated with general use is excluded from warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, discoloration of the plastic, scratches to the bodywork, plastic developing shine, USB port becoming loose, damage to the USB cable, hot-swap sockets becoming loose, clicks becoming loose, etc.
  • Any unauthorized or third-party repairs/attempts at repair will void the warranty on your product.

In the event a product does show fault within 365 days from the date delivered, please contact us and we will get back to you for information regarding the fault, and we will arrange for a replacement, refund, or repair accordingly.

If stock for the faulty product is not available, a full refund for the order will be approved and automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
